Many people have used wooden saunas and or wooden infrared saunas. Some of them have also tried or regularly use the Relax Sauna and tell us the differences and compare the two. Wooden saunas are very very good but we have found that the Relax Sauna is actually more effective for many reasons.

CAN A PORTABLE SAUNA BE THE BEST SAUNA ON THE MARKET?
Mary Alice loves her Relax sauna, which she has had for about four months. She lives in Ohio and gets cold a lot. Also, she can’t use a space heater in her office, so when she gets home, she warms right up in her sauna.
When she wants to do a longer session for its detox effects, she lights a candle, burns some incense, puts her headphones on and “I’m just taken away to some other place while I am getting warm, sweating, detoxing and I feel wonderful.”
Her husband loves it and they use it regularly. When their friends come over they use it, also. They can’t believe it. They think it’s wonderful and they like that they can have their heads out and not be breathing in the hot air like they do in box saunas.
She likes the way she feels energized by using the Relax sauna. Because her arteries are expanding and everything is pumping, she feels warmed. She has Reynaud’s and her feet are cold all the time. After she uses the sauna, she says she can run around the house without her socks on for hours! She usually has socks on all the time “So it’s phenomenal. I really love it.”
They tried the sauna at the expo, thought it was a good deal and bought it because they wanted to take care of their health. “Absolutely - we went to the best!”
CAN A PORTABLE SAUNA BE THE BEST SAUNA ON THE MARKET?
Tim has been in the sauna for about five minutes. He’s been using the sauna at the gym about three times a week and now says he can’t imagine feeling much better, after using the Relax sauna. It makes his metabolism go much faster and wakes him up while at the same time he feels totally relaxed. He says it was like a massage that was an energizer, speeding up his oxygen and water molecules and his metabolism, making him feel relaxed AND awake at the same time. “It’s amazing.”
He also likes the way it's small enough to move around the house if he chooses and appreciates that it is not as hot as the regular saunas.

He says that, unlike the saunas he used before when he got lightheaded after getting out of the sauna, using the Relax far infrared sauna doesn’t make him feel drained like usual, losing a lot of electrolytes and water which can cause heart irregularities. “This would be the perfect way to go.”
